Despite the many advantages to online consultation, the traditional mail-shot still has a place in many programmes.
Direct mail is most effective when a message needs to be conveyed to people within a tightly defined geographic area. We are able to do this at short notice (responding to events) and with pin-point precision (for example, targeting residents on a particular set of streets, or within a certain radius).
Direct mail is an inclusive way to invite residents to an exhibition event, or to keep citizens updated (and seek feedback on) a particular issue.
The community newsletters that we produce are attractive - we use graphic design skills - and are carefully designed to solicit the greatest response.
